If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. Paid for 2 tumbling classes for my girlfriend-total $80. She went to one class and then was scheduled for another however a family emergency came up and she had to cancel. The woman behind the desk would not allow her to reschedule the class or obtain a refund.

I tried this gym twice with both my girls. The first time back when it was cheer house, they were not organized at all, the class was cancelled with no forewarning. After a few years, with the gym under new ownership I figured I'd give them another try, assuming there would be better service. I brought my youngest daughter to open gym. Unfortunately, she did not get instruction or value from the experience. Nothing was being taught, no one was paying attention to all the students, there was no structure or coaching. They simply ran drills, whether they did them correctly or not. My daughter was left to her own devices for long stretches of time, including the ability to leave the gym without being noticed several times throughout the class. Only after my indirect intervention was my daughter pulled into an activity however she was not offered any corrections or advice. Before going into open gym, I waited for enrollment into the class by the receptionist for at least 20 to 30 minutes while she was on a phone call. It was very unprofessional, I was highly disappointed by the whole experience.

My daughter has been attending Next Level for 2 years now. The staff and coaches are excellent and accommodating. My daughter's skills and confidence skyrocketed while here. I highly recommend this place for competition cheer and tumbling.

The tumble teachers and cheer coaches are skilled professionals. My 8 yo is learning the right way to tumble and stunt in a safe environment—and is having a lot of fun! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for tumbling classes or competitive cheering programs.
