The administration is an embarrassment. These people should be ashamed of collecting the money they get. Those apartments haven't been painted in decades. Carpeting is worn and stained everywhere you go. Think twice about putting someone that's elderly in these facilities.

Proof of income and statements with your name. I would go and get an application to apply. Also see if they're new guidelines
