Let start off with the hotel itself. Just walking in, it looks shady. Supposed to be a 24/7 hotel, but when we arrived, there was no one at the counter to greet us or check us in, a woman who had came in before us was on a call with someone to get an attendant to come to the counter. Got checked in quickly with a “bored” attitude, got to the elevator and as soon as we stepped out, all we could smell was nothing short of musky and could be closely related to a nursing home. Stepping into the room wasn’t better in the slightest. Smell was awful, ROACHES, counters were not clean ( bathroom or kitchen), laying in the bed was an itchy experience, it was a smoking room, but the windows could be considered glued shut in my opinion, and let’s not forget the loud banging and screaming throughout the night AND morning. We will NEVER be staying here again, EVER!

Honestly it's fairly quiet. The room is cozy but for me I don't need much. The apartment manager is awesome and super friendly.

I'm staying here now and although the place clean, they allow dogs that bark all day because they're alone which disturbs the whole floor. Complaint acknowledged 5-days ago by the front desk. Pets are fine but these examples make it unpleasant for those that have well-behaved owners AND pets.

We had reserved this place six weeks prior to our trip. Once we got there, after driving over 10 hrs, they tell us they have no room for us. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and basically told us that our confirmation number didn't mean anything to her. She actually went in a room off of the front desk and slammed the door so she didn't have to talk to us anymore. Please do not book a stay here and actually expect to stay here. This totally ruined our vacation plans and for the kids it was devastating!!! Worst place in the universe. In retrospect, reading other reviews, I guess we were lucky not to stay here!!!
