Just another negative review to join the others - the service is always very slow and they claim every time they are short staffed. The wait takes approx. 1h and that is if you’re lucky. I recently waited in drive through for 45m in the evening to get to the window that said ‘drive through is closed’ because I parked my car at 8:59pm. So I was in pain through the night waiting for morning to come. This is with recent changes in their hours but shouldn’t someone cut the line so people don’t wait outside for no reason? There were 6 cars behind me. I was completely unaware until I read it online. And least during the transition, help your customers. It’s just all so unprofessional. Last month I came with my kids 3 times the same day to pick up their meds because they kept delaying. I am changing pharmacy, not worth it!

I got a very poor customer service at this location today. My vaccine appointment was 12noon. I reach 10 minutes early and I was told you are late. I showed actual appointment time & then the person said we are short staff. Finally they agreed but rushed too much. They pencil whipped my form & after giving shot asked me to go. I asked what if there is any reaction. Looks like Walgreens management need to take action. Either do not schedule appointment 30 minutes before lunch or hire people whose focus is more on customer service. I reported this incident to the manager. I hope some countermeasure will be taken by Walgreens.

Whenever I try to contact, they put you on hold with a message “there are X callers ahead of you; please hold on” and sometimes, when your turn comes, it hangs up on you. On 2/16, I contacted my AARPMD company and she put me on hold while she was contacting them and it took 1 he 27 minutes and today, I waited for 33 minutes and then hung up. If they have chat or messaging, this won’t be happening. I got my refill request approved by my doctor but the pharmacy is not responding. Add: my ophthalmologist sent a refill approval for the eye drops But the pharmacy sent a text to me saying “It is too early to refill” . What the heck! Now they think they are doctors!

I’m writing this as I’m waiting in line for almost an hour to pick up my medication, this is the WORST pharmacy ever! This has been like this ever since I started picking up my prescriptions 2 years back. Not sure if it is understaffed or what, but there is always only one person manning the pickup counter even when there’s a line all the way to the other end of the pharmacy. The rest of the staff just seems to casually ambulate around. Just hope they improve their service just a little bit.
