I have never seen a fast food establishment stop making food 45 minutes before closing. It’s ridiculous! Then act like people are late or making the restaurant stress by asking them to make orange chicken. Which by the way is the most popular dish. The worst experience ever in a fast food place.

So I came here on my lunch and I ordered chow mein broccoli beef and orange chicken, everything was delicious except the chow mein. When I was eating it I kept hurting myself because the noodles were super hard and undercooked.

Located in the Crossroads plaza in Fremont. This location is very convenient, its next to various other stores, there's plenty of parking spaces. Portions are small, but food is good, however 😞 Jie your customer service was horrible, be nice! Not alot of people are fluent, or know how to order. The store was not busy during my visit, they are practicing safety procedures. I hope your customers service improves and perhaps then your rating will as well.
