I really enjoyed this hotel for a few good reasons. When you arrive, please don't do like we did because we just didn't know better. Approach the gate but get close enough for it to open. You can enter the hotel from the parking lot. Their establishment is really clean. Their rooms are very comfortable. They had a patio for the room we stayed in. One bedroom was apart from the other so privacy was good which caused us to relax more. Dinner was really good Wednesday at the hotel and better than expected. The meatballs were delicious! The vegetables were steamed to perfection. The hummus was good with the pita chips. Talk about a really good breakfast. They know breakfast and know it really well. We had bacon cooked perfectly, eggs were cooked perfectly, and you can make your own waffles. They had more to enjoy. Staff had smiles on their faces. A gentleman who worked the front had to do the dinner part and had the most pleasant smile. He was really kind. Many places are nearby to enjoy and a wonderful distance from Ruby Falls and other attractions. Extremely well kept hotel and they keep their grounds clean. I actually saw someone picking up cigarette butts(By the way, dispose of them properly. They shouldn't have to clean up such mess because someone wants to be lazy. If you smoke it then trash it correctly. Stop treating folks like your servants). Great place so check them out. This is our place to stay for future getaways.

We had a great experience at this hotel while visiting for the weekend. The front desk staff were great. They were helpful with all of our needs. The pool area was clean (too cold for me but the kids enjoyed it). Great breakfast selections.

Lovely location right alongside Interstate 24, which made getting back on the road easy as pie. The double room suite was a bit big for a one night stay, but would be suitable for anyone staying multiple nights in Chattanooga. Located less than 5 minutes away from Station Street (comedy club, brew pubs, and more). Reserved parking for guests (price added to bill). If you're looking to stay in the area, this is a nice place. If you're only staying over night and have a budget, you might stay somewhere else more affordable.

Absolutely loved it amazing stay. Me and my fiance went for a night get away.. loved the pool room breakfast. Staff was friendly they gave us an extra hour to checkout so we could go into the pool and have time to change..
