Stayed here over a weekend. Room was clean. King size bed was super comfortable. The room appeared to be smaller compared to in pictures. It had a microwave and a refrigerator. We could also go to the backyard from the room and spend time there. Pool was very close. Bathroom was clean. Hotel staff were good. Location is convenient and has multiple restaurants near by. Overall, the place seems pricey.

Positive: The room and bathroom were super clean. It was very modern in appearance and furnishings. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked, There was no noticeable traffic noise and the HVAC unit was very quiet. Negative: Starting about 5:30 AM and continuing until we checked out at 10:00 AM there were doors slamming which was loud in the room. Other than that the room had been quiet. Also there was no counterspace in the bathroom, no place to put anything other than hook

My stay was horrible. The rooms feel dirty and dank. The pool was nice. Our room had a terrible smell. We were moved to a different room. It was still less than desirable. The evening check in staff was friendly but uneducated on how to properly complete check in for a guest whom has prepaid for the entire stay! I always book and pay prior to stay. The hotel initiated a hold on my debit card for the COMPLETE stay amount!! Here it is 8 days later and the hold is still there!!!!!!!! This is like stealing money. I have no access to those funds that I earned! Not to mention that I paid for the entire stay already and prior to checking in. My family and I took this trip as a quick vacation for our son and you can imagine how it dampened the entire trip to know that the majority of spending money was tied up. I spoke with the GM of the hotel and he comped our room and told me he released the hold. I have contacted the CBO for Sonesta and I continue to be given the brush off. My recommendation is DO NOT stay at this hotel. It could be a very unfortunate experience.

I previously had a bad experience at another hotel in the area where I couldn't stay the rest of my stay. I book this hotel with the help ofva representative at Hotels.com. Check in time was at 4 pm and I was exhausted after not getting much sleep at the previous place. I called the number on my reservation and spoke with Misty, she was great! She went above and beyond to help by contacting the front desk to see if I could get an early Check in. They allowed me to check in at 1 with no additional charge. I was very appreciative. Upon arriving the lobby was very clean and beautiful. Very welcoming. The young lady at the front door was kind, pleasant and very professional. My room smelled and looked clean. I will definitely stay here again.

I received my refund for 2 out of 3 nights I stayed so far. I just stayed last week. They returned my money so check with your bank first and if it's not a mistake on their end then perhaps you were charged your incidentals if it was left destroyed or anything was taken.
Courtyard features the Bistro providing fresh ingredients for breakfast and dinner, full bar and Starbucks 24 hours vs. the general continental breakfast buffet of other hotels. At times we do offer rates that include breakfast. Rick Cadena - General Manager
No that particular Courtyard is very dated. I would seek alternative arrangements if you have that option.
