I received my refund for 2 out of 3 nights I stayed so far. I just stayed last week. They returned my money so check with your bank first and if it's not a mistake on their end then perhaps you were charged your incidentals if it was left destroyed or anything was taken.

Plus that specific hotel has a policy where, when using a service like priceline to book your room, they will place a $25 hold per night staying there on your card for this reason. All of this explained on check in. I know this because I stayed there last weekend. 3 days later the hold was released.
