Our stay here was terrible! We left a day early due to many reasons ranging all the way from how filthy our room was, the TV's didn't work,the fire alarm went off at 6am for several minutes with no apologies, and the fire hydrants in our room we're dripping all over our luggage, wetting everything by the time we came back up to the room! The wet luggage was it for us!! We checked out a day early from the suite (which is a 2 night minimum stay) and the lady at the desk apologized and printed our bill and said we wouldn't be charged for the next night. The next day, they billed our card for the second night that we didn't stay even after telling us that! So much for Hilton Honors member!

Very nice hotel! rooms are clean and nice size too.bed and pillows are comfy 😁 Whenever I come back to Chattanooga, I'm definitely staying here! Location is awesome! Short walk to attractions, and restaurant's!

Our Stayed on 6/24 was good overall with a few minor issues. The toilet seat was so loose it almost fell off, the hardwood floor wasn't cleaned very good, one of the not so comfortable pillows had a bad odor to it so we tossed it . Also keep in mind you have to pay $18 a day to park at the hotel as well and no complimentary breakfast it will cost you as well if you are not a member.

The hotels' location is its best feature and it seems to capitalize on that. There is no onsite parking. The rate is pretty high and they charge for breakfast. This weekend the only elevator was out of service and I was on the fourth floor. My room was good, it was clean. It was better than a Motel 6 but not as good as a Holiday Inn with parking.
