Wonderful care and people! arrived in a severe emergency and stayed in hospital for 4 days. Every person who cared for us - from the trauma staff and the surgeon to the discharge nurse was kind, pleasant and competent. It's not their fault that everything takes so long because of staffing shortages. Be nice to them. They are trying to take care of us and have to put up with a LOT of ****.

I wish I could give zero stars. The staff are so mean except for the guy the at the subway. He was the only person who was nice. The older thin white lady at the information desk was horrible. It’s bad enough to have a loved one in the ICU without having to deal with that too.

My daughter layed in her own urine for 2 hrs, called for help to no one coming to help her. She had to walk to the bathroom own her own with no help with a broke spine. The er nurse’s don’t help do nothing just look at you. Would not recommend this er to anyone for nothing save yourself the trouble. They need new nurse’s that actually care or new management that can get the job done. Called the director of nursing to get a voicemail and no return call. If I could rate it a zero I would.
