I called to make an appt to have my laptop looked at. The guy on the line scheduled me an appt. I got to the location and there was a closed sign on the door. I called back the number and spoke to the same guy who said "Oh. We just got notification that the stores are closing at 5pm today for the hurricane. I'm not sure why they are closed so early." I get that call centers help deflect a lot of calls from the stores, but I really feel like the communication should be a little better about they are open and closed. I drove 20 minutes to the store and am now driving 20 mins back home with still no repair. Definitely leaves a lot to be desired in customer service.

These guys are great I would say the only thing is you need to tell him to fix whatever's broken when they find it lesson learned

I used their service as a certified Samsung repair facility. My phone was working when I dropped it off. They didn't have the part they recommended needing. They returned the phone to me not working. I left the phone until they got the part. They still couldn't return it to me working. I sent it to Samsung and they fixed it. If they a certified Samsung repair facility, A) they should be able to repair phones. B) they shouldn't return phones is worse conditions than when it was dropped off. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
