Highs - front desk staff - Willy, Christina and Kyle were great. I think they were exceptional. Two elevators Nice included buffet breakfast Indoor pool was operational and nice temperatures Lows - nasty smells. Our hallway (3rd floor) rather smelt like weed (4/3) or smoke (4/1-4/2), except for the mornings when the smell of the spiced potatoes served for breakfast overpowered all smells Mold growing in the bathroom because the fan didn’t work Parking lot is tiny and filled with smokers - really no pleasant place outside on the property between the tiny parking lot and the smokers. Even the ‘back patio’ with the grille was full of smokers.

I’ve stayed here twice with my family while passing through on our way to Florida and both times have been wonderful. Very clean and updated accommodations and while everyone we encountered was friendly and professional, we felt that Charles at the front desk was exceptional! Please treat that employee well as they are true asset to your company and I would expect great things from them in the future. Thank you for the incredible hospitality, we will definitely be back.

This was my first time staying at a Staybridge Suites, and it certainly won’t be my last! It was conveniently located right off the highway. At check in, Dee was fantastic! He was so personable and welcoming, I could have chatted with him all night!! The beds were comfy, but for me, the star of the show was the pillows. They are the best pillows ever! Unfortunately, I didn’t get to experience breakfast as it started at 6:30am and I was needing to be on the road by 6am. At check out, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he said he used to be a manager at another IHG hotel, but as far as I’m concerned, he was excellent at the front desk, very friendly and sociable. I asked about the pillows and if I could buy any, I loved them that much! Unfortunately he said this hotel doesn’t sell them, but his old hotel did. He tried looking it up online to find me the same pillows to no avail, I would love for them to sell their pillows! But overall, my experience was great. The room and the staff were great, I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband, three kids and I just stayed here one night on our way to Florida. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom were clean and updated, but the bathroom didn't have a working fan and was not in great shape with stains, a bit of mold, and crude carpentry work. Dishes were still in the dishwasher from the last people. Paper towel looked like it had been soaked at one end and placed back in the holder. The pool was nice, but over chlorinated. The beds were comfortable and they have nice towels and decor. The best thing about the place is the excellent people servicing the desk. The person at night was very personable, greeting and attentive to guests. The person in the morning shift was very hospitable and caring, taking extra good care of my family as we were leaving. An extra star for the amazing staff.
