Really nice date night spot! Our server, Krissa, was fantastic, the perfect mix of sociable and knowledgeable, while also giving us plenty of space. We started with a mojito and a billionaire’s coffee. The mojito was fruity and delicious. The billionaire’s coffee wasn’t my favorite, but my husband enjoyed it. Next we had the alpine cheese fondue, served with apples, veggies and bread. The fondue itself was awesome. Personally, I could have done with fewer carrots and celery, as they were rather hard to spear, and more broccoli and apples. We then had the classic and pacific rim entrees. The steak was slightly salty, but everything else was delicious. The duck and shrimp were highlights. Finally, we had the flaming turtle for dessert. The chocolate fondue was fun, although for us, the cheese fondue was the highlight, and probably what we would come back for. All in all a special way to spend two hours.

First time at any Melting Pot location. Service was good. Food tasted good. But we thought it was way overpriced especially for having to cook your own food as part of entree. We did not realize that going in. IF we ever go back, which we would only do as part of a group, will only go for the appetizer cheese fondue or dessert chocolate fondue. Will pass on the entree. Personal opinion is that none of it is worth the price unless you just really want the experience.

The food was very good. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because we were there for over 2 hours and I understand with the way this restaurant is, it's going to be a little longer but it seemed they were short staffed or something was going on. Also, due to potential short staff, we had to continue to ask for our waters to be refilled as it was going unnoticed. Other than that, the food was delicious.

It was a good time for the family. I was a bit disappointed in the room we were seated in. It was the worst Martini I have ever had. I mean, this was a bad martini. The upside to the entire visit was our server, Daniel. What an awesome time we had with him. He was the redemption to a mediocre food and drink experience. I would be back, only if Daniel was in charge of our table. Next, I would only get wine. The bartender wasn’t very good.
