Everytime I deal with these jokers there's a problem. The latest deal the shipping address was entered wrong and my parts got lost. When I called to get the problem corrected, the befuddled CS rep. Wanted to refund only for the parts. Would not refund the shipping cost or the taxes on parts I did not recieve. I would give them a minus star if it were possible.

Purchased a PN 108892 advertised to fit a Allis Chalmers 190xt. When I received the part it will not fit due to thread pitch difference. The company let me return the part but would not provide a paid return shipping label.

Purchased 500.00 worth of parts. They ordered from another vender and were wrong size sleeves. Then they refused to get correct parts. Hope we get a refund. Not holding my breath. That's cool blame the paying customer.

Ordered tie rod end for JD 4630, with their notice of shipment could determine was not the right part. Made contact and they just blew me off. Received part and verified was not the right part. Contacted to return part and/or to get correct tie rod end. They contacted me once, then just disappeared/ stop responding to my efforts to return or get the correct part.
