One of the best clam chowder and chicken creole soup we had. Although short staffed, food and service exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to come back to try the pizza and berry pies. Two thumbs up!

My husband and I did a day trip to Port Townsend from Seattle and ordered pick up here based on the reviews. After paying and tipping generously, we got an earful from a very rude woman host for asking if they had ranch. (They don't btw). It was a sad and silly way to end what would have otherwise been a perfect day trip to PT.

Hungry for a good pie. Looked up Hillbottom Pie. Friendly, Nice environment. Simple menu. The salad was very eye appealing and delicious. Enjoyed a cup of chowder, tasty. Looked around at the pies on customers tables. The oven was too hot. Crusts were burned. The toppings were tastey. The Kalamata Olives were a bit over powering. Too much olive oil that made the crust mushy. Good experience, caring staff, and I'm a pizza lover...good flavor.
