honestly, every experience I have had with this place is terrible. On the phone or in-person, they are not very friendly and bumble through the simplest of questions. the problem is...where else to go? They are the only verizon store in our small town so I guess we just have to deal with it.

Absolutely horrendous management. Manager is sketchy and very rude. Better customer service at McDonald's. Wasted over 10 hours of time at this store and problem was still unresolved. Store manager needs replaced ASAP. Driving the extra miles to go to Silverdale is worth it. Verizon should be very concerned at the kind of representation their business gets from the Port Townsend Victra.

Horrible sat there for an hour and a half waiting to be helped there were 2 other customers is all this place is always like this they have never had enough employees since they opened very frustrating to say the least

Michael was great. He was patient, understanding, and helpful. Tech Support on the phone totally stole his sale though! He deserves all the credit! He worked for 2.5 hours try to fix the issue.
