Big Ditto on Jason's review. Last trip we rented a few items and most were very beat up and non-operable. They still charged a fee for one even though it was returned less than 2 hours later, despite my objections. Not very concerned with customer satisfaction.

Friendly, courteous and professional staff Good selection of rental equipment I rented a lawn mower and asked if the blade could be sharpened. Dave promptly sharpened it. The power assisted front wheels didn't work, and when I returned it, they took it directly to the shop for repair.
