A+++++!!!! Great products and customer service. Perfect choice for any occasion - business, birthdays, housewarming, you name it. I really wasn't expecting it, but the owner called me personally to thank me for my purchase. You can't beat that kind of service these days. I'm sold :)

I ordered a birthday basket for my sister's birthday and she's loved it. She said the cookies were delicious and the basket was well crafted. Even the cookie boxes were all made up pretty. ☺️ You can tell they enjoy what they do . Thank you for helping me bless my sister .

Like many others who are trying to make ends meet in this economy, my husband is working in WA while me and our children are several states away. For my husband's birthday, I thought it would be nice to send him a treat---and I called Celebration Gift Baskets and talked to a very nice lady named Pam. She *was* very friendly, and because I've not ever sent a gift like this before--I asked her questions so I could better understand what my money would be spent on. We talked, and she put any concerns I had at ease. Later that evening, I received a call asking me to confirm which type item I wanted to send---it was explained to me that 'since I had asked so many questions, I had confused (Pam), and she sent the wrong item instead.' No professional courtesy of an apology--just a notification that since I had 'confused her', the wrong item was sent. In the end, it was something akin to what I had originally wanted to buy for my husband, and like I said and have no problem asserting---Pam *IS* very nice and that's why I'm putting "Good" and not "Poor" for Service level--but honestly---if you want to do business with this store be ready for some very nice conversation---but BEWARE that if you ask 'too many' questions, if and or *when* your order comes out wrong, that as the customer, in this establishments eyes, YOU'RE at fault.
