I’ve been here twice in the past month to help my siblings get their first financed car. The first time I came in with my sister and she bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata which Chris and Tanner were both an amazing help with this they made it easy and weren’t pushy. The second time I came in was for my brother and he purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot which he loves! JJ did an amazing job helping us out and making us feel comfortable and not pressured into anything! I will be sending anyone I know that needs a car here from now on as both experiences were amazing, helpful and informative! :)

I told him I wanted something that made the ladies throw their under garments my way and he did just that. Ive never had more of a collection since I drove off your fine establishments lot. Came in to discuss options for my daughters fist car. When I arrived I was greeted by a young man named Jesse, who was very polite and felt trustworthy from the start (not usually the case dealing with salesman now a days unfortunately). I was honest from the beginning about not being about the make the sale happen that particular day and didn’t want to waste his time but he still took time to show me a few cars in my budget with the safety features I am looking for and had an answer to every questions/concerns that came to mind. He and the rest of the staff there made the the whole situation very comfortable and made our decision very easy about where our daughters first car will come from. Thanks guys!

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a brand new 2022 Ram Laramie 2500 from Ryan at the dealership. It was a very exciting process, which Ryan, James and the team took all of my needs/wants and made them come to fruition. They were responsive to all of my inquiries and even though we ran into a few hiccups due to supply chain issues and other items that arose, they worked diligently to ensure that my needs were met. I have to give major praise to their service department and Tim in particular for hitting a home run with the installations of the items seen below in my image (tonneau cover, mud flaps, nerf bars, wireless charging pad and bed lights). They were absolutely phenomenal to work with and ensured that ALL of my expectations were met. I also had the pleasure of working with their Customer Service Manager Mike, who bent over backwards to ensure all of the hiccups were remedied and remained in constant contact to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I am very thankful for the entire Rairdon family for their assistance and dedication throughout this new vehicle purchasing process. I can confidently say that I will use them for all of my service needs for the life of my vehicle and will encourage others to bring their business to Rairdon as they truly care about providing the BEST possible vehicle purchasing experience!
