I went to pick up M from his doggy daycare on a Monday morning and he was covered in mud. I couldn't bring him home like that and there was no way I had time to bathe him myself. So I went to the walk-in groomer, but they were closed. Called around for an opening to no avail, until I tried Jennifer's Pet Grooming. She was booked solid as well ... but she must have heard the desperation in my voice as I was explaining the situation. I had to an appt for my kid, a meeting to get to, and about 7 other things on my list to accomplish that day. She told me to bring him in and he could hang out and she'd squeeze him in somehow in between appointments. When I got there she suggested I stay a few minutes to acclimate him to the new environment and let him run around their yard for a few. Such a smart idea. I left a happy and content dog in her hands. Later that evening I went to pick him up and he looked beautiful. Smelled like a brand new dog and was just hanging out with the crew. I'd never had an experience like that at a groomer before. She truly cared about me and my dog even more. I'll be bringing M to Jennifer's from now on and I'll do her the courtesy of scheduling ahead next time. ❤🐕

Jennifer was always so great with my floof boy. The last shaving we got our kitty was with Jennifer. She got him in urgently as being an inside/outside kitty he got fleas and we were trying to battle them. Unfortunately we lost our kitty just days after his last hair cut. He looked very handsome when we sent him off to kitty heaven. I will always recommend Jennifer to others with pet grooming needs. She goes above and beyond and does a marvelous job making your baby look picture perfect 💜

The owner and staff are AMAZING. They care for both of our dog's in washington with tenderness and care. Jennifer also helped my Yorkie mix with a painful skin condition. I would like to report that all 3 of my friends are doing GREAT! Thank you to Jennifer and her staff you all are GREAT! would recommend them HIGHLY since this post we gained a new furry family member she is a great little girl just a bit on the shy side the staff handles her so gently and makes her look beautiful. I love the attention that every staff member gives all our four legged family members. You all are AMAZING. THANK YOU
