Lets start out with the positive :). Christian in the office is the best. He is quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process. We moved from chicago to fl and did this all remote with him... and he made it very simple and was available when i had any questions. He is excellent. The maintence staff here is amazing as well. They respond quickly and are super friendly They helped mount our tv on the wall (the apts have metal studs FYI) special drill bits were needed and our tv mount was too short to reach the next stud... so they addded something to the wall mount so it would reach. Maintenace A+ in my books. Now for negatives... i find it weird this complex charges a flat rate for water... its like 65 dollars i believe. So if you are single... you pay the same amount for water as a family of 5 even though you wont use as much as that family or if you go on vacation for 2 weeks... your water wont be less. They also charge you 500 dollars to "hold" the apt. This is not the same as a deposit and is in addition to the admin fees and application fees... and its nonrefundable and due when you move in.This is the first time i have ever encountered this and have been renting apartments for a long time. Normally the app fees and admin fees hold the apt for you while they are processing paperwork so i found that very odd....Last thing.... our unit seems to have a bug problem... not going to say what bug... but its a problem. Pest control has come out to treat it ever since we moved in may...but its still not fixed. I know this is florida.... and bugs are inevitable.... however this creepy crawly shouldnt be in the house. Overall... office and maintenace staff are amazing. Property is kept up nice and is very quiet ... and i feel very safe here with my newborn baby. Just a few negtives... but overall i would recommend.

Siena's manager Christian Dubuc makes Siena one of the BEST places to live in all of Plantation. My husband and I absolutely LOVED living there because of Christian's attention to detail, his caring compassion, and his connection with the community that even helped us rescue trapped ducks from a drain one day (thank you again, Christian for helping us rescue the ducks!). He's also attentive when you call about a concern or issue, and his dedication to excellent customer service makes Siena one of the best communities. My husband and I will always be grateful that Christian was the one who answered the phone when we were searching for apartments. He really made the experience phenomenal.

What can I say other then HOME SWEET HOME! I love Siena Apartments they’ve been great to me I couldn’t ask for a better place to call my home. Shout out to Chris who has been there for me through all the process and more! Everyone is so welcoming Feom the staff to the maintenance best crew ever seriously. This is my home and I think most of the residents think the same can’t wait for the years to come and be able to be in a place ware is so peaceful,welcoming, clean and people are nice lol.

I just moved here at this nice warm clean loving community!!I would recommend anyone here the two office ladies always welcome you with a clean bright smile & always willing to help, The leasing officer Chris Is SUPER at what he does he is a VERY genuine individual he surely is the man for the job!This place is amazing very responsive and deals with any inquiries you would have.
