After being told I couldn’t order at the Burger King at 1701 south Federal Highway due to “shift change” at 10:00 pm on 06/10/2022 I drove to 666 West Broward Blvd. When I arrived at the drive through at 10:25pm. I stopped in front of the speaker to order. After no one said anything after a minute, I said hello but no one answered so I drove forward. When I arrived at the window and gave the attendant a coupon she said she couldn’t take it and that I should have told her the number back at the speaker. Total disregard at both restaurants! My family and I went straight to McDonald’s.

By far the nicest Burger King I have ever entered very clean inside, outstanding customer service the kind lady working the register right now is extremely nice and helpful you all are lucky to have her. As if that wasn’t good enough the food was better and fresher than any food I’ve gotten from any other Burger King I normally don’t write reviews and even more so positive ones. It will be hard for me to go to any other burger until they are all to the same standard as this location Los olas in ft lauderdale 10/10 recommend

I only ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee . Waiting in line and you pull up to the window grab your order and go. One would imagine that everything is in a bag until it's too late and there's no coffee. You have to turn around go back and wait in line and I'm on my way to work. Nice going BK

So this is my order receipt 2 whoppers no mayonnaise with cheese but definitelynot what I got(pics for references) and not to mention that I had to wait over 30 minutes on the drive thru line for it to come home with hardly any edible food, very disappointing and will definitely not fo again. I know to check the bag if anything is missing but I didn't know that now I have ro unwrap my sandwiches to see if they are right.
