Terrible service … one hour for fast food ??? Really ???

Reasonably fast, order correct, but blissfully unaware that they're supposed to bring stuff to the table now, according to their own instructions. More likely, too lazy, actually. Also, no trays. Update: switched to paper straws. Switched my review to one star. I don't feel like eating my straw with my drink.

I went in today around 4pm and After waiting about 10 minutes and I saw nobody was coming to take my order I peeked my head inside and one of the girls taking orders on drive thru told me to you use the tablet to place my order. I responded idk how to use the tablet can someone please take my order. The manager there listening to me just turns around and ignores me and hides in the back. Then I saw gentleman there and I asked him for assistance and helped me.while the manager there was just looking at me nodding her head. Like if i was stupid for not knowing how to use it...she could of just helped me and showed me how to use it so next time I would know how to use it.The manager needs to be re trained and learn to respect people.

They remodeled the whole store. I just go to the drive through. I usually get breakfast there, but it ends at 10:30am
