Very unprofessional!! Waited 20 minutes just for anyone to acknowledge u.......then waited 40 minutes just for someone else to come in after 20 minutes of waiting to go before me without any concerns of how long I had already waited!!! The worst service and really stupid concept if banking!!just for

The bank is a okay bank. They are really good at not allowing someone to steal from your account but they charge you just to get a new card if you lose it one they charge the most for a cashier check and last but not least the worst of all if you over draft your account they charge the 35 dollars plus 7 dollars a day till you have the account back positive making it harder to get back on track for there own needs

There were many problems with PNC Bank, I will try to make it simple: I opened a bank account because I bought a car from Toyota dealership and I got a 6.09% (3 months no payments) with 700 score, which I consider high interest. I opened a bank at the branch, because Bank promised me I can get an extra 0.25% (like 5.84%) if I have a direct deposit so I did connected, and also I was promised online and over the phone and even in person at bank that if I open the virtual Wallet I could get 300$ for new user. It was all lie, even qualifying for those promotions, I did not receive anything. Customer support over the phone tell you one thing, and bank representatives tell you always a different story, like they have different training, or rules are different among them. So they told me to open a bank account, customer support told me to go to the branch, I wasted time driving for all your fradulent practices. Stop Lying!

Not a member. Went to cash a check in my name. They asked for 2 forms of ID. I had my license ... I was unaware since Ive never cashed a check and I currently don't have a bank account since I'm unemployed. Luckily I had my insurance card, marriage license, tax return, and a membership card for another errand I was out running.... And none was sufficient... It was only for $167 and I had driven there from far with my toddler and they refused to help.
