Very disappointed. We come out of our way to go to this DQ. In the past we have received good service & well made ice cream treats. This time though the ice-creams were so small. We ordered a large cone dipped & a peanut buster parfait. They actually looked weird in there large containers they were sooooo small. When I asked the window employee he looked at me blank faced. He got someone else & she said they looked right & that their new boss Robert makes them weigh everything now cause they were making them too big. We have always enjoyed good service & quality food & treats in the past. Looks like this is the new normal & we need to look for a different DQ to go out of our way for.

Worst ice cream cones we have ever had. The ice cream was not cold enough and we had them redo both cones. The staff had an issue with our request. Then one girl kept wrapping the napkin on the ice cream. When we complained the manager told us ,there's nothing wrong with those cones. We tried to explain and the whole ordeal turned into a yelling cursing match. We go to this dairy queen once a week and have NEAVER had any issue before. Very sad.
