Just a heads up to parents, there is no AC in the play area and it gets unbearably hot. My kids were excited to have lunch and play in there since it was too hot to play outside, but it was actually way worse. Also the bathrooms are always disgusting. Only positive is staff is (almost) always friendly.

Worst taco bell ever. They always mess up the orders or forget something. The night/afternoon crew is terrible. Only time I have had good service here was in the morning. Management needs to evaluate their employees.

Went to pick up food , said food was ready ,waited 20 mins in lobby for someone to come up to the front counter to assist , finally after 20 mins a gentleman came up to counter gave me my food. They forgot one of my cups waited another 10 mins . Finally I got someone attention the lady was rude about helping me , plus two of the employees were arguing about something in the back clearly can see from a customer point of view.

Standing at the front waiting for atleast someone to ask if I need help or something. Finally it took me yelling that the girls just standing there on her phone in order to get any help for tables in the dining room to get wiped down as every single one was dirty. Ms SOPHIA!!! Thanks to a co worker calling her name. What the point of asking for here or Togo if you’re planning to eat in it’s going to be put in a bag no matter what. I’ve now been here for over half hour tables have not been wiped down, floors have not been swept in who know how long. Ordered some nacho fries and my cheese sauce was warmer then the fries. If your going to have your employees working there is no reason why they should be paying more attention to their phone then customers
