Horrible service never received food so I wouldn’t know what it tastes like but know that a small crack conch and conch fritters with fries cost over $30. SMH black operated business

It was okay but I was expecting bigger menu items. Food was okay 👌 I haven't been in years was nice to see it was still around. Conch was slightly undercooked. Will rate higher when I go there again and give it another try.

We ordered almost $50 worth of food and we'll NEVER go back. My order of conch and fries was horrible! The conch pieces were like minced crumbs, the fries were old looking and everything tasted as if it was fried in OLD oil.. I attempted to call the same evening but they were closed, continued to call Saturday, no answer for hours. Finally the "daughter" answered. I explained to her how I was dissatisfied with my food to the point I didn't eat it. She immediately said "sorry"then said we do not offer refunds or exchanges and to refer back to my receipt. After going back and forth for a bit, I asked for the manager("Ms. Edwards") and of course she was not there at the moment but was told she would be in @ 7:30-8pm. So I stated, "I will be there". I go with the food and the "daughter" was even more rude in person. She kept stressing their no refund/exchange policy. Like I explained, I'm not asking for a "refund" and didn't even bring back all of the nasty food, I just wanted them to make good on what I did not eat. She stated your husband was showed the food before leaving and although that may be the case , TASTE is totally different. She precedes to ask me to leave and when I refused she calls the cops, but little did she know, I was on public property and had ever right to stay. Long story short the manager never showed. It amazes me the level of customer service these small business have......ZERO! Like I told her, what type of business feel the need to put a no refund/ exchange policy in place for FOOD! Make it right and there won't be a problem. I will not patronage their business ever AGAIN. Furthermore, how do you charge the customers 1st but then have such a finite policy in place. As I scrolled through the reviews, I realized people shared the same complaints. STAY AWAY and save your money! Date of service was 10/29/21.

Driving by and decided to stop in to check out the food. Small spot, seats maybe 16 ppl. One lady taking orders, and cleaning tables after guest have left while people are waiting to place an order. Food was good, I ordered conch fritters, 2 cracked conch dinners with peas and rice (excellent) steamed cabbage, and plantains, and 1 cracked conch and fry dinner totalling $50+. It must've took 30-40 mins. I understand it's cooked to order but geeshhhhhh that's a little lengthy. In all the food was worth it, but they need more help.

You cant dine in ,you order food and waite until your order is done time to waite is like 2o minutes due to your food being freshly done its worth the time great food 😋 👌
I love their food! The most inconvenient part of their service is they don't want to drop the food you order until you actually show your face in the restaurant. So if you just want to pick up, there's none of that... Which defeats the purpose of takeout. When I go in, I want to get my food and go... Not show my face so you can drop it, wait for it to cook, then come back inside to pay and pick it up... That's stupid!!
