This is not a very customer friendly location reason for that is I had a very bad experience with both Male And Female Latino Mangers And Lazy Worker's on the Night Shift 😴. Plus they are very slow inside having conversations while the drive thru is back up and people leaving with over 15 cars waiting there for over 30 minutes in line . Plus they Tried to price Gouge Me Once Tried to charge me a different price from what's on the Menu Board. Even Tried with holding my Receipt from me and when I asked for it A Male And Female night shift Mangers started arguing with me Just because I asked them for my Receipt saying am causing problem just asking for a simple Receipt which is the Law . I love Wendy's but these people are messing up the store 😒 🙄 😑 😐. They are very bad for Business.

I Wendy's restaurant in oakwood plaza on 6/14/22 at 545pm I had a nasty experience in the drive thru I ordered 3 small strawberry frost on the menu board it said. .89 cents got to the window they wanted to charge me $1.89 the window worker was nasty and another lady came up showed me a kida cup and you could get this for .89

I use to love this Wendy's. Now all they give out is cold nuggets and burgers that look 3 weeks old! No matter how many times I ask for fresh food they will still hand you garbage ! Im no longer thing here Wendy's id on the list with Burgerking now !

The workers are lazy. While at the counter at this Wendy’s location @ 3:32 pm today 11/03/21. I specifically ordered a sandwich detailed how i wanted it. Once my received my sandwich , it was incorrectly made. I then walked back up to the counter and request to the Wendy’s cashier for my sandwich to be re-made fresh. She then took my sandwich, and with in SECONDS, while I’m standing there , waiting at the counter gave me my sandwich back. When I asked the rhetorical question if my sandwich was re-made fresh, the cashier lied to me and replied “YES”, all while I’m standing at the counter. This situation displays incompetence, needs to be addressed. The service at this location is unbecoming. I’m in process of alerting the BBB.
