The service was good the food was okay the fries didn't taste good they taste like a dirty potato the bacon I had on my French fries was so burnt you couldn't even eat it. There was several flies inside when we were eating that was kind of nasty.

The service and atmosphere was great. My waitress, Brooke, was very funny and nice, the whole staff was very friendly and speedy. The food and ice cream was great, as always. The Friendlys in Florence is by far the best one around.

Even when super servers and staff always are kind and always put so much care into customer service, you don't see a more hardworking team than the one at Friendlys here in Florence! Food and ice cream always super good, and everyone does a great job to make this the best restaurant. When I bring my family they have a great time and leave with big smiles, kids love the Monster Mash and servers always make them laugh LOTS! Keep up the great work.

This Friendly's has regrettably tanked in quality. The last 5-6 meals I have gotten from there have been varying degrees of cold and soggy. I eat fast food more often than I should, it's not as though I'm too good for Friendly's, but this chain has been dying for years and this restaurant is unfortunately not doing enough to reverse the trend. The owner / manager seems nice and hard working, I don't think he is able to rally enough staff to do their jobs well. Everyone there in my experience is nice, but the qualilty of the food is beneath McDonalds / Wendy's etc, and costs more. Convenience is the only reason to go here, and if you wanted say, a burger, there are pizza places and a pub down the road that do it beter for less.
