Expensive but worth it. They will custom build arrows for your bow and arm length on site. All the gear is pretty much top quality. If you are an archer who enjoys traditional shooting this is an excellent resource apparently utilized by several Olympic level athletes, they train the youth and bring new archers to compete at national and global levels, I was truly in awe at the level of professionalism and pride they take In Their work. Again; a great spot and an excellent resource for true archers. Love it.

Great spot and got right back to me when I left a message (drove 1.5 hrs from NY). Will definitely be back.

If you're remotely interested in Archery, I highly recommend a visit here. Kyle, the resident coach and owner is phenomenal and is one of the best coaches I've ever worked with. He does his utmost to stay current with top theory and revises his teaching to ensure he's never teaching less than the best. Also, he's a good dude, which helps when you have to practice so many hours a week together.

Hi Joseph, Thanks for your question. Yes, we do have private lessons. Use our webpage (www.amherstarchery.com) to identify our e-mail address and phone number. Use one of those communication modes to set a lesson up with us. Thanks, Coach Kyle

Is this a range that I can come to and shoot other than in classes or group sessions? Indoor or outdoor? Thank you

Hi Dave - We ask that you take either a private lesson (30-60mins is typical for new archers who want to be drop-in archers) or class before participating as a "drop in" archer. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you as an archer and orient you to range rules. You can then drop in to use the range at any time while classes are running. We run classes year round at our indoor range in Florence, MA. During the summer, we run an outdoor range at Smith College in Northampton, MA. Our schedule is on our website; definitely send an email or call and we can get you started!
