this store is in a great location, but the crew that runs it is not doing their job in running it, not even at a normal service. when customers are missing items from thier order that they pay for, the right thing to do is correct the mistake and secure a great service.. store lacks a good crew that cares

had ordered using the mobile app and was charged through apple pay before i even pulled up (order closed and bank was charged in full). cashier was extremely rude and manager was even more disrespectful. refused to give me a refund OR my food, and instead shouted in my face and spoke over me without letting me get a single word in. trust me, go to literally any other mcdonalds in the area.

I stopped by this morning on my way to work this morning. The drive thru was quick and the staff were helpful. I received my food quickly but when I arrived at work, I realized I was missing the ketchup. Oh well...it is what it is. I should of asked.

Did McDonald's keep the same price for breakfast sandwiches, but made them smaller? It seemed my Egg McMuffin was a slight bit smaller, but it was good. This McDonald's sits right across the street from Hollywood Hard Rock Casino, which is a fun place to visit (be sure to check out their pools!)
