This place opens late and closes early ..I don't get it. The lobby is closed at 6:50am and at 10:15 pm Your starting your day to jump on the TRI-RAIL and on an empty stomach thanks to MCDONALD'S. Start going to BURGER KING! More DEPENDABLE

This shows the lack of service they provide, to go to McDonald’s 20min away from my home and get home to this is disgusting and disappointing, I don’t know why I go thier but it’s the closet one to me every time I go it’s either cold hard fries or missing items now this my daughters nugget that I paid for ended up being Big Mac sauce like really.. this facility has no care for customer service or respect for people.. the manager as I was in the drive through window was literally arguing with a customer in the lobby cursing while the window at drive through was open and with no care if their where children hearing..THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND SERVICE STINKS.. I rather drive an extra 20min or start going to Burger King as they seem to care more about their food and service … negative - stars is what this facility gets

I wasn’t going to complain about the 20 minute wait for food. As I finished eating, on March 11 at 3pm, the entire restaurant hears one of the employees absolutely screaming and berating another employee. I think she was the manager, but I’m not sure. I think she was an older Hispanic woman. This went on for several minutes while diners started yelling how unprofessional she was being. We all felt bad for the guy she was yelling at. If she’s the manager or supervisor, she definitely shouldn’t be.
