We are full time care takers for my father in law who currently relies on oxygen to get around. Due to the severity of his health, we were trying to hit the road prepared by swinging by and grabbing all necessary items for him to be comfortable (oxygen wise). We are out of state buyers. On the way to the dealership to meet Kari to purchase our new YZ125. Something happened and our arrival time was pushed back a few MINUTES, Assuming due to a traffic jam or accident somewhere along the almost 6 hr drive to the dealership. Since a deposit had already been placed, out of courtesy we called Kari to inform her Google maps had us arriving at 6:02-ish. She said doors were locked at 6 no exceptions and everyone had family at home. Although I appreciate the family values, I explained to Kari we also had family waiting for us at home but had already committed to purchasing the bike. I left my family to come do a quick business transaction with Yamaha Motorsports- this would have been the second bike we would have purchased from them so we thought. She showed no interest in waiting and recommended coming back another day. Just like it was no big deal. I chose to cancel the transaction and requested my deposit back. We opted to drive to POWER MOTORSPORTS in Sublimity, OR and ended up purchasing TWO bikes due to their OUTSTANDING customer service from Kevin and IIa. Pricing was even more appealing then original quote by Kari. If you’re looking for a basic purchase, then go to Yamaha Motorsports BUT if you’re looking for a fantastic, caring, and easy going experience then head to Power Motorsports in Sublimity, Or. The distance is worth it ALL!

Amazing! This shop is customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile to figure out the problem. Have only charged me for the "actual" work performed and have always made the call if it was outside of what we "thought" was the problem. Alex, David and Paul are always the Go-To guys and they definitely Git-R-Dun! Love this shop.
