Absolutely disgusted by the manager here. Our experience today and the way they swindled us almost $400 for a compression TEST and no work. We asked to be told before anything was done to the truck for the sake of money. That was not honored. Was not made aware we’d have to pay ANYTHING for this test and if we did, when we asked the price they did not tell us. Unbelievably infuriating. We thought we could at least trust the name brand dealers to be upfront and honest but all the manager had to say was “that’s the way the world works.” If they didn’t hold the truck until we paid we’d have refused to. Classic car dealership. I hope you all get some serious help at the end of the day because the way you treated us was severely insane. Just for anyone wondering, an at home compression test kit (easily applied ourselves) would have been $30 or less. THIRTY DOLLARS COMPARED TO $360 AT THIS DEALERSHIP?!!! *Jenna Myrfield is the service manager who spoke so rudely unprovoked*

Bruce did a good job taking care of my Nissan Titan needs, & Debbie did a fantastic job taking care getting me back and forth between the dealership and home. I'm noting here that when Debbie picked me up from home to go back to Olympia Nissan, my sugar suddenly dropped on the way. Debbie offered me Her personal snacks & a unopened bottled water. That is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned as a Diabetic & should be acknowledged! Thank You

Easy online process, Monica with internet sales was just wonderful to work with. My visit when it came time to purchase was easy and actually fun. Great team of people. The entire process was great and I would recommend Olympia Nissan to anyone I know.
