Sadly, I will not be bringing my dog back again. I recently moved to Silverdale and chose this place because of all the good reviews but did not have a good experience myself. My dog, who normally is very happy and energetic after being groomed, left here in a bad mood and seemed sad. Her nails had been trimmed back too far on one paw (3 different nails) and she was still bleeding when we picked her up. She wasn't acting like herself the rest of the day because of how unhappy she was. The lady who groomed her didn't mention the nails to me either and we didn't notice until half way home which was very upsetting to find, especially after giving her a tip.
