This pawn shop is terrible. The worse one I have been to and im from everett that is saying alot. Manager is worthless and they all move at a snails pace.

Sold a couple of things to them in the past. A long wait everytime (even with only a couple of customers.) Went in today to sell a guitar. Was offered 40 but then when the manager "couldn't find the serial number" I was offered 20 bucks for my wait instead and told they normally wouldn't take it. I guarantee she saw a small the model number as it's on a huge sticker inside the guitar and she was trying to rip me off. Everything else in store is expensive and priced as if new

Akeem, a new employee in training, was phenomenal in more ways than one. He was friendly, quick, competent and professional. I come here a lot and he was definitely one of my favorite employees to work with! Cash America is lucky to have gained him as an employee on their staff. However, I wish I could write two separate reviews. An assistant manager (in training?) also worked with us and was exceptionally rude. I have met many of the managers and assistant managers in my time as a customer. I am always impressed by their leadership skills while teaching new employees. Christina (blonde hair) was exceptionally rude, not only to her employee that she was supposedly training but to me, as a customer. She had a huge attitude while teaching her employee, in a way that almost put him down. Definitely not good leadership skills. She also lacked the basic skills of good customer service, evident in the way she spoke to me.. Worst employee I've come across at Cash America, hands down. I'm not sure how she ended up in her position...but here's to hoping Akeem is promoted fast and can take her place. Thank you so much Akeem! Your professionalism and customer service was stellar!!!!!

AVOID, not only does this place price gouge and refuse to negotiate (even when you show them you can buy an item elsewhere NEW for LESS), but they are quite trite as well. Bad attitudes are pretty prevalent here tbh. Also be careful that what you buy actually works! I bought an ampeg bass cab from here a couple years ago and I wasn't allowed to get it loud enough to test it properly. Get it home and find that it's actually blown out. It's just not worth it!

Lol I know this question is old but. First off, why would a pawn shop want a used hair dryer, regardless of the quality or price it was originally. Second, even if they WOULD take it, you just openly admitted that yooure going through a divorce and that the hair dryer isn’t yours and most likely selling it out of spite to your ex wife, and they’re not in the business of taking items that you don’t specifically own. Just as a future reference to all looking here. Lol
They do get them in every now and then...you best bet is to stop in and take a look at their selection.
I haven't been in the gaming for a long while, a lot has to do with what comes with it I would say any where from $150 to $250 that is the best I can do. I will say they are a great group of people that work there I'm in and out of there a lot not once gave i been disappointed, mention my name tony kempken, anything else i can help with tonight

They almost always do. For a while there were quite a few on 50%off lowest price Sale. But I think they thinned most of them out. Worth a look. Just check price vs retail 1st.
Im not sure, but i did find out that pawn shops are suppose to pay you for going prices on TODAYS GOLD PRICES , at least according to my source. Seems its true,however,most do not pay for diamonds or stones so its scrap pricing. Brians and sons in Aberdeen,wa. do though,so check around. It pays to check around. AND NEVER EVER USE SELLYOURGOLD.com THEY NOT ONLY LIED ABOUT ALL SERVICES BUT AFTER I TRUSTED BEEN VERIFIED and THE TODAY SHOW ratings they replaced real diamonds in some of my pieces, ruined coin collections, kept some pricey gold pieces,paperwork,original paperwork, broke and demolished pieces but then i had to FIGHT FOR REPLACEMENT AND RESELL VALUES, LOSING $2,000 approximately! I have ALL PROOF TO VERIFY THOSE FACTS IF NEEDED. BE AWARE OUT THERE !
