Super nice employees!!! The beda we're amazing!!! Okay so my brother hates hotel beds and is never comfortable but he was at this one, that's how comfortable it was. But just a little warning if you hear a shaking (it might not happen in every room ) the thing shaking is the cabinet they have in the hotel room, me , my brother and my mom were freaking out on what was shaking 🤣. Still everything was so nice. I 100% recommended this place. (Why doesn't it have 5 stars!!!! ðŸ˜)

Have stayed at a number of Garden Inns being a member of the Hilton rewards program. Our room was clean. You can adjust the room to very cold if you want. Which with COPD this is very helpful. Some in the Southern states have begun limiting your AC to save costs. The place is a bit dated, and probably a rehab is in order. I am stingy with my stars, but I gave this 3 star hotel 4 stars, for the simple fact, all the employees had a genuine hospitality attitude ! The bar tender talks a bit too much, but everyone else acknowledged us, and acted like we were important. The "free" breakfast we purchased with our reservation, was the absolute best we have ever encountered. They waited on us, like we were VIP's and ordered from a menu, and made our breakfast to order. Plus they had all kinds of fresh goodies to pick buffet style, like everyone else offers. We got much better service and food then we did for breakfast the previous morning for $35 at the nearby Perkins ! So, again a very BIG PLUS, we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Next time we in Gettysburg, we definitely will stay here again ! Just hope the same staff is there.

We stay at this chain frequently for our trips because you can count on a quality stay, however, this one was so bad we left early. The rooms were in need of a deep clean. One room had a moldy odor and had obvious water damage on the ceiling, which caused us to have severe headaches. The AC units were very loud. It was also easy to hear the people above us walking and the elevator. We were CHARGED, not only for the room, but an early departure fee ($98.50/room) that we were NOT told about. In the past, we have never been charged at all when we leftearly much less any additional fees. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else when in Gettysburg.

Spent three nights here. Check-in was 3:00, we got there early, they let us in early and quickly. Staff was very nice, we were greeted immeduately. Room was very clean, bathroom spotless, very quiet except for an occasional low voice in the hall. Not enough to be disturbing. Checkout was seemless.the bed and pillows smelled fresh and felt like laying on a cloud.we skipped dinner and breakfast there, Opting for other places in the area . Shower spray wasn't the greatest but nothing

There is a restaurant inside the hotel ... Other restaurants are more of a driving distance ... This is a great place to stay
