This is my first time at this hotel. The room was dirty. The floor was not vacuum. There were lots of bugs in the bathroom/bath tub. Before I took a shower I have to run the water so the bugs could go down the drain. No Toiletes amenities. The towels were very ruff. The stuff were not helpful and did not want to answer any questions. I had better service and amenities in motels, which is sad to say. On a good note the bed was Comfortable. And breakfast was good. For the price I expected better. I will never go back to this hotel.

We have been booking this hotel for years now just for Gettysburg Bike Week. The room was clean. That is all I can say. The refrigerator worked some. The ice machines didn't work. The shower barely drained. There were no wash cloths and only 1 hand towel. For the money that this place charges, I would expect more. This could be the last time this place gets my hard earned money. I know this is Bike Week and most of the time is spent at the complex, but when I am in the room I want stuff to work.

If your looking for a new perfect fully Updated hotel….this is not the one for you…but if your looking for clean rooms an overall great experience with laid back rules this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Rooms were clean and comfy breakfast was over average although little to choose from what was there was awesome. The bar and little restaurant are only open Friday-Sunday so don’t look forward to that during the week. There is hardly anyone ever at the front desk so you have to go to the connected hotel next door for service. Also many of the rooms don’t have HDMI TVs. When pulling up it looks run down and the pool room is a little rundown but looks as if they are renovating. We came from Michigan and I would come back here again and again.

As soon as we opened the door to our room the one queen bed was half made , no TV and I requested a rollaway bed which wasn't in the room. There was trash behind the night stand. The bathroom was not clean and not many towels. Coffee pot was also dirty. They sent a housekeeper to the room and she was the only one who knew what to do. She moved us to another room. Got us the extra bed, but still issues with the TV, towels etc. Then at 11:30 we get a phone call from the Front Desk saying there were complaints about us smoking in the room(none of us smoke) and that we left our jackets in the bar.... we don't drink. So very disappointed and upset especially since we had to travel from New Hampshire for business. Not going back.
