Orderd extra chicken and beans and get less then a regular order. This store consistently messes up online orders.

Three times in a row this location has messed up our online order. There’s no way to reach a human without arguing with a robot, so the staff doesn’t care what they get right or wrong because they never have to deal with the complaint. They have fun eating food singing at the top of their lungs, banging on the counter and laughing up a storm while screwing up the order that is written down in front of them. It is unfortunate that Chipotle is now one of the last places I would choose to go. Their food is great… only if they get the order right and they won’t.

Quality control is horrible. Hit or miss at this location. Spent $100 on about $20 worth of food. Lost my business. Go somewhere else.
