They basically do not care for other people’s time. We were told by the front desk that they close at 3pm and will be there about an hour after the auction ended. Well we left to go eat and we got back to the auctions at 3:30 and they tell us that they are closed up and we need to come back on Monday, meanwhile everyone was still there. Would have took them maybe 10-15 minutes to help us. But instead of them helping out and spending 10-15 minutes. I have to spend over 2 hrs to drive all the way back here and then another 2.5 hours to drive all the way back home. On Monday. Very lazy to make me spend a day when they could have spent minutes helping us out. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in them. Why say 3:30 and not stand by it.
