Do not stay here! We have kids...They change their policies all the time! There were many things they did right, don't get me wrong. The management will bug you about when you are leaving even though you've stated how long you will be there. They will walk right into your campsite and put things on your door, instead of calling. They drive around and snoop, looking for any small thing they can charge for or is out of place and then call and bother you. After I had been there for more than a month, I went in to get some mail to find out that not only did the person working there send them back, but they had no record of me even staying there and didn't even recognize me. Snaps a pic of my id. She also informed me she almost towed my car, and I had both of mine registered with them. This is after walking in multiple times and introducing myself. Not to mention the constantly changing pet policy. If you appreciate privacy and don't want to be bothered, don't go here, you've been warned! You will also find you cannot have any type of outdoor equipment that they deem unworthy. The grass was never mowed often, weeds everywhere, not to mention listening to others dealing with the same issues... All the while staff was only worried about nitpicking and upsetting customers. Needless to say we left and won't be back. The pool was nice, facilities were pretty well maintained. Staff was polite and helpful even with all of that nonsense going on. Nice place if you can get over the management situation.

This is Avery small rv park it’s clean and bathrooms are very clean and working order However if you have an rv with slides forget it They have trees with long limbs that they refuse to cut back. My rv got scratched on one side and these paved spaces are only 10’ wide, no room for your truck or pull car Manager was very apologetic about it and tried to get her supervisor to get the handyman to snap back branches to no avail. If you are over 30’ and with slides, move on to the next park.

It is what is says an RV park. But it is a lovely place to park up if you are in the area for a weekend. Beautifully maintained.

A beautiful and quiet park for both overnights and extended stay. A recent management change was made so it's a little early to comment on that. Facilities are clean and comfortable with laundry, lodge with space to work or play, indoor pool, outdoor patio with gas firepit, outdoor play and dog areas. As full-time RVers living and working out of Spokane, we were delighted to be just a little out of town (25 min. to downtown) in a quieter park.

They do have many long term campers there. I dont know the rates.
Thanks for reaching out! We offer monthly rates for Standard Back in, and Deluxe Pull Through for $650/month. We also offer a monthly rate for our Premium Pull Through sites for $750/month. Hope this helps!
Their dump station was closed. Sewer connections at each site.
Yes
No, strictly RV or tiny houses.
Yes. I was told there was, and your RV can't be over 10 years old. The person at the front desk told this to me.
They would have that on your check in pamphlet, or the office would tell you
Also, you can't stay there if your RV is over10 yrs.old.
