For $65 per night you get no hot water, fire alarm ripped out of ceiling, blood on bed headboard. I heard others complaining about hot water. The telephone didn't work. My advice to others would be to fi d other accommodations.

Ok, I'm a truck driver and was gonna drop my trailer off at location and bob tailto a hotel(no one there to watch over my stuff. I and im in garland tx from Saturday till Monday and wanted a big relaxing bed, tv, and bath till then so I called 4 locations here. They were Indian people and didn't speak inglish or understand it good at all. Listen, I'm not racist but if ur gonna be dealing with the public u need to speak English and understand decent enough to converse with the public. So, I drove to each one bcuz they said they know what a semi truck is. Oh, let me make something clear. I only had a half hour left on my 14 hour to get to a place. And for the ppl that don't understand what it is. Please look it up before u make any rude comments. Ok, so I arrive at each one and they're like oh no so sorry. No parking for that big truck. So I ended up staying in my semi without a shower or big comfy bed to sleep in.....

I purchased a 100.00 jacuzzi suite and the card key DID NOT WORK I then notified the front desk and he then tried his own master key card that didn't work then he presumed to use a regular door key that opened the door. He then asked did I want a refund of 100.00 I said let me see the room we decided for refund. front desk clerk then asked "ley let me check the room " reminded that we were only in the place for 3min top I used restroom before I proceeded for refund..then clerk says that since I used restroom he could not give me full refund because I used restroom...BS

Bad place to stay... I stay here with my elderly mother and my 2 nieces. Last night we had 2 guys that were armed with a hand gun knock on our door one of those guys is related to one of the ladies who work here. We called the cops and they were caught after they tried to run and were caught with the gun. Not a safe place for families. I talked to the manager and he tried telling me its safe here and that there is security here. The security was no where to be found at the time of the incident. Then i asked if we could get a discount and he laughed and said no i dont think we will do that. I still dont feel safe here and fear for the safety of my family. Avoid this place at all costs.
