My girlfriend & I (I am also female), we both also have tattoos & a couple piercings, went into BDI looking for a job (obviously) & Todd told us it would be really hard to find us a job because of our (quote) “sexual preference & the way you made your appearance for your life”. Never have I EVER been so offended. Felt so discriminated. If that’s how you run your company, I definitely don’t want to work with it. Ignorant. Will NEVER recommend & will be taking this further.

Dawn is very helpful and so professional and friendly. Corrina at the front desk is very nice and efficient as well. I absolutely loved the experience with everyone at BDI! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and I had a job that day and I am loving my job! I have worked with another staffing agency before so I was kind of leary but after coming to BDI I felt at ease right away. I would definitely recommend BDI to anyone who is looking for a job.
