Went to the make-shift customer service desk by the glass doors to purchase a $50 gift card,your male employee asked me a question I'm guessing I misunderstood so when I said I didn't want a Macy's credit card he became nasty and sarcastic and said "I didn't ask you if you wanted a Macy's credit card, I asked you if you were using your Macy's credit card!!" I'm not sure if Macy's is aware that I don't have to shop here?! Resolve this issue or I won't be back!👎

Great store. It has a very nice and comfortable feel to it and the employees are very nice. I especially liked the two ladies that worked at the makeup department. They were very helpful and genuine as well. I didn't catch their names, but they are always so helpful whenever I purchase makeup. They give me very helpful tips about makeup as well and just make it a memorable experience.

The lack of sizes to complete a new wardrobe is profound. The only saving grace was the Macy's provided stylist. She was extraordinary, and worked very hard against all shortcomings of Macy's to complete and satisfy my clothing needs.. Samantha, my stylist did above and beyond work.

Different than other Macy's Employees working here are rude...They look at you as if you are not supposed to be there and this is not the place you can afford... Happened this on multiple visits... Stores like this are reason why people prefer online shopping... I have not seen this in other Macy's stores...

Yes, there are certain doors into the store that are closed from their parking lot, the M level is not open.
The doors are no longer boarded up, you may use all entrances now except the roof access.

Yes you can, Macy's is open. However, you will need to enter from the parking garage attached to the building on either the first or second level. The mezzanine level is currently blocked off.
