My first visit to the factory store today for work boots for my son. We wanted to support a Portland company and did find a good deal on boots, but customer service was performative and effectively non-existent. 4 stars for boot selection and price, 0 stars for customer service. Likely will not return.

Nice store lay out - they have almost all their online stock here to try on. Employee helping me (Elena) was so helpful and kind. Helped me find a new pair of work boots with my exact specifications to replace my old ones, and as they were on back order, she arranged to have multiple sizes delivered to the store, with no expectation to pay ahead of time, so I could try on and get the correct size before purchase. Also gave me a discount on another pair I walked out with. Thank you so much!!

I was told about this place from a family member and decided to give them a try as I needed new boots. I have wide flat feet, I’m also standing long periods and I needed something durable and comfortable. Walked in and the associate Ben was awesome. I asked him about a pair of boots I found online and wanted to try them. He got me what I wanted and even showed me a few I would like to consider that we’re similar. I ended up trying on several different selections until he finally found me the pair that made my feet feel great and supported. Most of the store associates were very kind and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend Danner Boots to family and friends.

If you want to get into the Danner eco system but don't have the cash to spend on brand new shoes, a visit here may be worth your time. On ocassion there will be certain shoes at discount due to quality/manufacutiring defects. Typically these are small and not very noticeable. You'll find a wider range of shoes here than the smaller tanusbourne location. The staff are friendly at both!

They always have a rack of discontinued or "flawed" boots of all sizes and gender.
Yes there is a large on site repair facility. I highly encourage you to go check it out. You can see all of the work being done through clear 20' roll up doors. This is a complete repair facility.

They do not have a website for the seconds. You have to call them and they will tell you if the have what you want and then hold it for you. They will not ship it to you either. You have to pick up what you buy.

I didn't see a listing for it while I was there but if you call I'm sure the employees would be more than happy to help, shouldn't be more than $40 though
First, the boots will need to qualify to be repaired. Some damage, like cracked leather in places that are vital to the structure of the boot may disqualify the boot. The best way to know if the boot can be repaired or resoled, is to bring it in and have it inspected.
Take them to danner with a receipt and they will fix it free.
