Yes there is a large on site repair facility. I highly encourage you to go check it out. You can see all of the work being done through clear 20' roll up doors. This is a complete repair facility.
Hi Paul, We do have our recrafting department onsite at this location. They are open M-F 10am - 2pm. Our recrafters can evaluate your Danner boot and see if it is able to be resoled or recrafted. Their current turn around time is 7-8 weeks. Thank you, Danner Factory Store management
Yes, a factory retail store. They can do anything, provided your stuff isn't completely wore out
