Absolutely open to more than just dinner employees, it's a company store because they can do manufacturing on site.
Yes. It's a very nice setup to. Good layout and very nicely decorated. There's even a window to watch them making or repairing boots. My favorite part, even though it's a little silly, is the test track to walk on when you are trying on boots.
