Hi all : It is so amazing that we booked a room from this hotel Saturday 3:30pm online from 7/30-7/31 for one night . And we received email confirmation number and all the detail . We drives from Newport News to this hotel 12:30am-2:30am . When we came into the hotel to checked in 2:30am the Lady said the room was full . We said we booked it Saturday we have email confirmation. She didn’t said any sorry and respond me “ I didn’t know . Here was full and cancel it .” I said “ if you want to cancel but I didn’t receive any email and phone call” that is amazing serving ! I definitely not gave this hotel any star. This night made us sleep at our car . If you book here need double check and make sure no cancel and no note you . Hope everyone never have our experience like tonight .

Staff were great, room had dead roaches on the floor. But hey at least they were dead! One of the beds was badly stained. I slept in the other one. It was an emergency overnight stay after missing a train, I'm not going to complain. I got a bed to sleep in, a shower, and the staff were very nice.

Positive: ROACHES AND FLYING BUGS IN THE ROOM. I mentioned the pests to the desk clerk and he said that he would take care of it. I also asked other people who were staying at the hotel if they had roaches in their rooms and they all said yes. No acceptable. Negative: Roaches and flying insects in my room and other guests rooms. Old furniture. Cigarette burn holes on bedding.

Look at the other 1 star reviews. They are real. This place is a roach motel. I am no stranger to cheap hotels so when we arrived and saw that it was tucked behind the highway, we didnt care. Driving through the parking lot, there were scumbags loitering and catcalling at a woman walking by. (Clue 1) When we got into the building, the clerks were enclosed in glass like you see in the liquor shops in the bad part of town. (Clue 2) In the room on the back side of the door, there was a large sign that said "LOCK YOUR DOORS AND SECURE YOURSELF ALWAYS". (Clue 3) To top it all off, the bed had very many mystery stains, the room had dirty laminate flooring, and the table in the room was clearly not cleaned. (Clue 4) Dont stay here. Mark this as helpful so others know what to expect.
