Catrina at the front desk has made my stay magnificent. We have no connection beyond conversation and she is a superstar. I was in the hotel business in the 1980s. Catrina would be a superstar at any hotel.

I wouldn't expect too much from a 2 star hotel however they specifically advertise themselves as a smoke free facility and that is ALL I could smell in my room. As a non smoker this was one of the worst things I could endure. I spent my day off from work at Wal-Mart buying odor absorbers and air fresheners just to get through my stay here. I also had to buy my own towels because the first towel I went to use had a curly black pubic hair on it. Then, thank goodness, my 4 night stay turned into 3, and they still tried to charge my card for the full stay, even though I properly checked out at the front desk and handed in my room keys. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again. The only redeeming quality this hotel has is the front desk lady is so friendly and welcoming. She should work somewhere better.
