I echo what Emily says below. I am trying to move out, I gave more than 60 days, no response, I emailed from different email - finally got a responses. Now I am trying to move out and this is a nightmare, NO COMMUNICATION - then finally after I sent a certified letter, because I do not trust this place, the one lady I do not want to deal with and told management I did not want to deal with her because she is straight up mean contacted me with elevator reserve times which were not when my movers are coming. However, I have seen them give special treatment to other residents on elevator reservations past the times available and before the times. The former property management was so easy to contact and get a response. Not here! Sorry to my neighbors when I move out with the elevator dinging - this place will not work with you.

My husband and I have lived here for about a year now, so I feel it is a good enough time to leave a review. Pros: - We feel safe (Huge deal for us!) - Parking Garage is enclosed - Gym (Kinda small, but I can’t complain) - Pool (I don’t use it, but it’s there) - Stores are within a close distance - Diversity - Any complain to management will be fixed (ASAP) - You need a key fob to get into the building or the garage. - Grills are propane & in ok condition but only one works. (Don’t know if they’ve fixed the other one yet) - So clean! They vacuum & mop every weekday! I have never seen a cockroach or any bugs! Cons: - I feel the new automatic light system (in the common areas) kinda makes it look dark & sketchy, but hey, we’re saving $$ & energy on that at least. - The key fob system to get into the package room isn’t working anymore. I liked that you needed a fob to get in anywhere before. Made it feel more secure. - Our vehicle was broken into once, but nothing was damaged or taken. Luckily we had cleaned everything out. But they still made a mess with papers & the stuff that was in the center console. If they did take anything, we don’t miss it. This was something that was reoccurring too with other neighbors. My neighbor mentioned that they only took $3. But we felt so violated. - Lastly, our upstairs neighbor STOMPS soo loud! We had complained about it & it helped a bit, but we feel like it’s getting bad again. All in all, we’re planning on releasing, but not for too long since we’re planing on moving back to our hometown.

My experience living at Dwell Vienna Metro has been excellent. The location is perfect. Great community and very friendly place. The Vienna Metro station is walking distance. Beautiful apartments. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Great amenities! Richie, the property manager, is EXCELLENT since day number one, he is the best! Theresa is an AMAZING person, super helpful, friendly, attentive, always very responsive to any situation. I wanna give 5 stars to the Leasing office staff. Best place to live in NOVA.

I've lived at Dwell Vienna since December 2017 and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The leasing staff is by far the best of any place I've lived. Richie Greer, the current Property Manager, is so down to earth and easy to work with, and the rest of the staff in the leasing office has also been communicative and helpful whenever I've had a question or needed anything. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly, and the common areas are clean and safe. I'd have renewed my lease for another year if I weren't looking for a house. Gonna miss this place.

Best bet is to check the website or call, they list pricing there. Pricing changes depending on when you apply.
